Ways to cancel the monthly subscription

Many users subscribe unlimited calling plan, but sometimes they want to cancel the subscription for various reasons.

For example, some people haven't notice that the unlimited country(UK,Japan........) don't include the service to call mobile phone; Some people subscribe the wrong calling plan, they want to cancel first then subscribe anohter one.........

Process of Submit request:

1.visit Customer Support

2. Click Support Request -> Submit a support request

3.Choose a topic
->Click "Skype Products (Subscriptions, SkypeIn, SMS, Voicemail, Skype Pro, etc.)"
->Click "Subscriptions (unlimited country, Unlimited Europe, Unlimited World)"

4.Example of the request
*Subject:
May I cancel the unlimited country plan?My skype name is "*****"

*Problem description or question:
Hello ,
I subscribe the unlimited country(South Korea) days ago, May I cancel the subscribtion now? Because the service doesn't include the service to call mobile phone, while most of my calls are mobile phone. Please help me change the sevice to the skype credits.

I ordered 1 month of the premium group calling and Skype continues to charge my card. I have tried several times to cancel this and never get to an actual cancellation option. The site continues to have you login and the instructions they give to cancel do not work.
